Led Bulbs H3 base for anti fog lamps

Purchased to replace halogen bulbs of my H3 fog lights, I am very disappointed with the result.
If they adapt well base side (H3) rendering is deplorable. The rectangular beam skimming Ab disappeared.
Instead I have a halo of light and little stars that twinkle (next to or looking at the lights).
My fog are thereby transformed into DRL ........
