The lamp was sent in the original box. With Styrofoam she was internally protected excellently against damage. Construction went smoothly in 10 minutes (without guidance). The on-off switch is hit. Solid blue when the lamp is off. Touch the key if you want it on / off. For prolonged contact it is dimmed up or down. Separate settings are possible! The reading lamp is sufficiently bright. The ceiling lamp however, could be brighter, but to deliver a star. With today's LEDs, where there are (Cree) decided brighter, is probably more what old installed. The luminosity is not comparable to a 300 watt halogen floodlights old. Design is top.
