Led Zeppelin in "Rock-Olymp" !!!

Led Zeppelin II (Audio CD)

Customer Review

In the same year as the debut of the second LP "Airship Rocker", simply "Led Zeppelin II" was produced titled.
Jimmy Page is supposed to have once said that you listen to the second album as the band together to grow and develop their own style. This statement from an authoritative course is nothing more to add, because "Led Zeppelin II" got even better than the already great debut album.
As an opener you get the same real rock classics, served one of their most important songs. "Whole Lotta Love", this song needs no further explanation. The reef is to the bone! Groovy, exciting, world-class!
It continues with "What Is And What Should Never Be", which initially strikes quiet tones, almost traumatized sounds, a brilliant "Slide Guitar Part" contains and then rocking powerful. Also one of its major pieces.
"The Lemon Song" is very bluesy and therefore would make no bad figure on the debut album. It is a song of a while needs, but then acts all the more.
With "Thank You" calmer tones are struck again and the song is just explaining all as beautiful and extremely melodic.
After this breather follows with "Heartbreaker", another "Zeppelin classic" with an ultra brilliant guitar riff, which does not have the right "Whole Lotta Love" hide.
The next song "Living Loving Maid" was never performed live, as the band reportedly did not like him. Although he is not one of the big "Zeppelin numbers", but fails to spread the song that has a slightly "funkyge" vein, a good mood.
"Ramble On" is the perfect balance between quiet sounds that merge explosively in razor-sharp guitar chords.
In the middle part of "Moby Dick" John Bonham playing then the original version of his legendary "Drum Solos", but that can only develop as a live version its full effect.
"Bring It On Home" closes the album from gracefully. The Robert Plant is mumbling the lyrics initially intended not for everyone, but if delivered Pages guitar and harmonica Plants in the final part of a hot battle, the world is back in order.
Conclusion: Not only one of the major "Zeppelin discs" but also one of the greatest albums in rock history - full marks !!!
