Slip and feel. This shoe is lightweight and cushioned at the desired locations. Have after the first runs (walking, 5-7 km) neither bubbles nor bruises. Since the shoe is slim cut, fits the well to my feet. The size sizes normal. I ordered my usual size. I give a strong buy recommendation for the shoe.
