We come to the positives:
Story: The back is very good. I could now indeed complain that much is quite clear at the beginning and the story has to offer no real climax, but it is well told and maintains a good 12 hours.
Gameplay / Control: Both very well implemented. One can choose between different control modes. At first I thought it was still a bit strange, but after a time comes a control in flesh and blood. The gameplay is that of the second portion close to identical. Well implemented, everything as usual. The delicious pills which inspires Max when he is about to die there again. Unlike other shooters, it is enough just not to wait for 3-5 seconds and all is well again. No one stays in Max Payne oldschoolig at the principle "Medipac" what I find here quite well.
Graphics / Artdesign: you can not complain is very consistent and looks good. It's abwechslugsreich about cemeteries, bars, a yacht, slums, .... beautiful.
Well unfortunately the negative points:
-Bugs: I had in 2 Drüchläufen (Normal and Hard) following bugs: 5 times the console hung in one place again to complete, once the game has crashed and I was suddenly on the PS3 Home Menu. Once there was a half level long no sound, and once I had to reload a checkpoint because the doors do not aufgingen and you could not go on.
Sorry folks, but I'm used to from Rockstar else. In all of the Rockstar Games, I've played on the PS3, there was not a single crash and then it was very rare.
But here's the whole simple technically very very unclean. It's almost an insult. At OpenWorld Games all Skyrim or GTA my Tolleranzgrenze is much higher, but in a strictly linear game that is easy Rockstar unworthy.
-Oftmals It is that just before you die you can save by does the enemy in slow motion. But that does not always work. One is wrong or Max just does not feel like you can shoot as you want it does not pulls the trigger and kills the enemy. This feature is very good, because if it would ever work.
-You Can only partially skip the cutscenes in this game. It can still sometimes be quite tiring having to repeatedly watch the same sequence when you die or if you even want to venture a passage.
- There are so-called "grinds" in the game that are trophies or collective tasks in the sense that you have for example 500 enemies do with the shotgun. Unfortunately, the counting method is very buggy. So I had with the Grind "250 enemies died by falling" often the problem that while 2 enemies die at one point, but only one is counted. Sometimes 2 were counted but often only one.
- The game is quite difficult even on the easiest difficulty. Who just wants to run fast just to achieve eg a "Grind". The must be prepared on the (various checkpoints ladebar) this is not as easy of goes. In general, the game on Normal and Hard acceptable, the mode "Easy" could also be easier.
Conclusion: if the bugs had not been and could skip the cutscenes, I would have gladly given this game 4 or 5 star, so there are still 3 become because of the story and the gameplay. I hope that Rockstar Games in its next Games again technsich cleaner works.
