I have the headphones for 2.5 years in use. All the positive reviews regarding sound, comfort, etc. stowability to meet. But today fell out at once the left ear. I found that the cable was out of the pack for a few millimeters and practically "blank" was. After the initial shock (Do I have to take 150 back into their own hands?) I found on Amazon, the replacement cable for 6.95. So far everything well. I must hasten to add that I use the headphones in the house, and then only 1-2 times a week for about an hour. Since it seems likely that the mobile, high-frequency use to shorten the shelf life experienced by me is possible. So kiddies with iPod in the subway: You should keep an eye out for something more robust, perhaps. Are there also significantly cheaper, and for Bushido & Co. it must in any case be no Bose, right?
