LIGHT AND PROPER

Compared to my old printer imposing and very heavy, I enjoyed the lighter side and compact it.
Initially, I still had some problems to be recognized by my computer (a PC with XP without Internet access and Mac OSX). After 2 facilities provided driver, changing cables, multiple tests and always the same note inviting me to check connections (the first thing I made), I despaired. I had already packed up, ready to return. But before you do, Epson on the board, contacted by phone, I tried again after being in the print utility directly from "start-program-epson-epson printer software - epson ALC 1700 - printer setting utility ". By doing the tests and adjustments from there, everything started to work. It works well both in my old PC running XP than in my laptop MAC OSX. The quality and especially the print speed (even when the document has several pictures) is appreciable. Consumables are more affordable than other models. A still see over time.
