Light and Shadow of Rollei Mini WiFi

The Rollei Mini WiFi has light and dark sides. First, the positives.

- The connection via Wi-Fi home network requires some patience sometimes. The camera is often not found even though it is right next to it. Mostly, the connection works in the App menu immediately, but one must cut the current wireless connection and connect the camera menu by hand in the smartphone menu, only then you can choose in the Camera app.
- The range of the WLAN is sorely limited. After 5 mtr. (Through a room wall) already breaks mostly the connection. Therefore recommended as Überwachungscam (Baby, etc.) is limited.
- Although I had read that you want to be reassured the connection via the Internet to the cloud in the free server version, because everyone knows the (user-defined) user name can watch the live stream. But it is so that you do not have to know the entire name, but it is sufficient if you enter a 12-character name for example the first 3 digits as a search term, and the live stream will sschon offered. So you have to think very carefully about what you streaming on the Internet.
- The live video on the Internet has a time delay of about 12 seconds So if it takes a time exactly will have a problem here..
