I use the Connect to stream music on an amp and speakers better than Sonos offers. I was at first happy time. But I realize gradually the non-responsiveness of the Sonos Technical service. These people have a commercial speech that caresses you in the direction of the hair, but do not much actually. Two very large black dots for me: 1. No intention to propose a Linux app (while their hardware runs on Linux they say themselves) 2. Unable to handle files created in Spotify, condemning us to a long list of playlists
