The champ is flying very well with no wind or very little air movement. It flies in still air like a big Parklfyer (from 1.5 BFT is already very difficult and rough).
Offs and landings from / to relatively smooth surfaces fold ausgezeichent with the small chassis. With a little practice and at least 80% gas and loops fold properly. Once you enough about 8 m high - has made 15m (80-100% gas), holds the Champ with about 35% gas relatively constant height. It must then be worked little with the elevator.
You should check before the first flight necessarily whether a manual trimming is necessary. Look closely at the tail if the rudder really stand up straight and if necessary carefully trim with the pliers (see manual supplied separately). The digital trim has very little leeway.
Damages can be easily with adhesive tape and Tixo relatively beautiful repair (assume no super glue but epoxy or a foam adhesive). With a matching tape can be patched cracks covering beautiful. You have to attach the tape decorative and symmetrical according to the breaking point halt.
The champ is really a good flyer for beginners. But I would still use a simulator for pre-exercise and only then go to the sports ground with it.
The plane is not a toy for children. Aspirants younger age (from about 12) should not just fly off without the help of Papa. Papa, however, have a lot of fun and want to get soon its own flyer.
