Little mouse with good properties

That was my first mouse from Roccat and I'm actually very pleased. I am for a long time looking for an ergonomic mouse with at least 5 buttons (scroll wheel excluded) because I do not want to sacrifice comfort functions such as forward, backward and double-clicking.

The difficulty for manufacturers of mice It is to place these keys so that they are easily accessible and the mouse still remains ergonomic.

The build quality is just great, the material - I would call it gummed - indulges the hand and the keys have good pressure points. The cable can look very sophisticated with the polymer coating and it glides with the big 2 Gleitpads super down on any surface.
The software provides real mad many settings, these lighting effects are just unnecessary Schnickschnak for me. It can be almost anything according to your wishes adapt ... BUT ...
an ingenious feature: the ability to define different key bindings and to change them by pressing a button can not be put on each button. You can only use one of the side buttons to change the profile, why this is so, I can not understand; for me are present by default on the buttons and back. There were still 2 buttons available on the back, behind the wheel, which is a bit too stiff for my taste.

The buttons are actually quite well-placed and easy to reach ... but only those who have veeeery small hands. I thought as me some mice were too big, that I have rather small hands, but this mouse is too small for me. When the finger is bent, cramped my hand too quickly. The thumb buttons, however, are very easy to reach. The software is - apart from the key assignment of profiles - also great and I had nothing to complain about.
In terms of ergonomics it falls subjectively seen by me but something from. I feel after a few hours that I hold in my hand what, what was not so with my Logitech MX Revolution, which is no longer produced.
However, one must also say that ergonomics should be tested seblst always best. What is not optimal for me, is certainly great for someone else.
The ergonomics left out, the mouse is recommended almost unlimited!
