I'm a fan of Thin Lizzy, have the albums heard as a young man up and down - and love it to this day. As a lover of the e-guitar rock were Thin Lizzy with the 2 Lead Guitars trendsetter, unmatched. With the death of Phil Lynnott seemed to disappear one of the rock legends of the stage. Now, so many years later, it create the BSR actually to bring the good old Thin Lizzy feeling back. Although BSR vigorously resist Thin Lizzy comparisons, they have stated exactly in the footsteps of this band. Ricky Warwick can surprisingly well to bring back the "soul" of Phil Lynotts extraordinary voice. Clearly, he does not give the Double, but he damn well imitated. Or let's say interpreted ... The CD is for any fan of Thin Lizzy really a must - alone of nostalgic reason. But that would not do justice to this work alone. Just strong to go along, dreaming and for the endless loop. My favorites are clearly "The Killer Instinct", "Soldier Town" (classic Thin Lizzy guitar runs) and the ingenious for me, "Charlie I gotta go." Ah yes, the Irish influences that have shaped already Thin Lizzy, are clearly visible on this BSR disc.
