Look nice but cable disaster!

Visually, the lamp really her something.
After unfortunately was a defect in the first lamp, we turned to the Customer, the lies get a return receipt us promptly (though they asked for a 'photographic evidence' of harm).
Shortly thereafter, the new lamp was delivered and it is really nice.

The application, however, is a disaster. My husband rarely so much swearing. The cables of the individual 'pins' are far too long and difficult to stow between the lamp and ceiling. Constantly she slipped out somewhere on the page, an absolute nightmare. Eventually, it has my husband done then, hineinzuquetschen all cable and now it looks really pretty, but why, why, why are these cables just so awful long fall ...?!
