The build quality is really very good, all very smooth, no rough spots, except on one of the inside of the frame (to which the plate is mounted on the inside of the square frame) for the table top. Table legs and moldings are also very well made. So far there is no discoloration or similar criticisms. I use the table every day for coffee and all other meals, and another table for working with a laptop.
The assembly was a bit more complicated (in the second table then already a lot easier). The round central strip fits well in the two-edged bars left and right, but the two four-sided strips fit very difficult in the prefabricated cut-outs on the table legs, here some force was necessary to press the metal strips in the legs - the cutouts were a bit to fit - it is now also all extremely stable and thus not necessarily a disadvantage. It is certainly recommended to first connect all the table legs and decorative braces, and then subsequently to screw the legs on the plate.
A little bit unnecessary the somewhat cheap-looking plastic stickers were (fairly transparent about 1 x 3 cm), which were attached to the side of the tabletop (one sticker per table). This removable without residue (as rapidly dirt at the edges of the label collects else there) was a little time-consuming, since obviously much glue was used.
