Sylvain Tesson part not to discover the world and others but of himself. He writes clearly indicates when avoiding roads where it would cross other humans ... and this misanthropy spring too the pages of this book could be a great journey. Unfortunately it is clear that not Bourlingue to discover the others and their cultures, dreams and desires, but to escape a world he does not really like. It is learned, certainly. It is a dream, I agreed. But I am embarrassed by the memories that remain in me several months after playback, those of a man who walks not to "move towards", but to "go away." And is pleased with himself. His pride, felt at a luncheon where he was the guest unique, gushed in my face on every page. I found the author unfriendly and full of himself that I had so little appreciated. I myself traveled along the short bag on the shoulder, and its approach to lailleurs was clearly not mine. Try to talk together seemed totally impossible given the way he behaved with those who did not bring him a stack of books to sign. Too bad this book gives the same impression. I do not know if I'll continue with another work, however Siberia attract me well in reading.
