### Introduction ###
First of all: I use on my main system an Apple Wireless Keyboard. Although I am not a big Apple fan but with this keyboard Apple has personally built for me a very good product (A link to the product is attached at the end). This keyboard is the reference for evaluating this Rapoo 8000 Desksets for me. I realize that the Apple keyboard costs about three times, but it may be interesting to the reader how this keyboard strikes compared and if it's possible a satisfactory product to buy a third of the price of an Apple keyboard.
I first ordered a CSL aluminum Micro Keyboard. There I was indeed surprised by the build quality, but the input lag and the keyboard layout was disastrous (To be fair, I must say that the keyboard layout, the Apple Wireless keyboard had to be adapted by software on my Windows computer at this point. Therefore bothered me mainly the Input lay).

### First Impression ###
The quality of Desksets has not let me unpack guess good. The keyboard and the mouse both work not of particularly high quality. Above all, the mouse is lightweight and the shape is not particularly ergonomic. Also, you can not tuck into the mouse or keyboard the Micro Receiver is a gripe for me.
### Setup ###
Plug and play. There were no problems (Windows 7).
### The Keyboard ###
The keyboard has no input lag. I'm glad to here especially. Even after longer pauses the keyboard starts off at once and also is taking rapid notation of all keystrokes. This is in wireless keyboards often not the case. Say the connection quality is very good.
The note will trigger a disaster. Although this is to low-lift keys, but the keystroke moves such as chewing gum. Here would be improved. In the long run I would not benefit this wish (In principle, it irritates me while writing this review).
The layout is wonderful. Finally a keypad me a large Enter and Backspace key. The left CTRL key is exactly where it should be - Left Wing. Other manufacturers put there like the FN key.
The keyboard allows himself only a single AA battery and should therefore run for one year, according Vepackung. I think this is a tremendous challenge for the keyboard, because my Apple wireless keyboard uses a month cycle is 3 AA batteries!
### The Mouse ###
What has surprised me here is strong that the mouse has an extremely good response. It will be a laser mouse even because the sensor does not light (as in optical mice). The mouse wheel is rasterized and gives feedback during the scrolling. This is also a big plus for me. Only two additional buttons this mouse would still be missing. In my view, the mouse for either hand is equally suitable.
The mouse allows himself a single AA battery.

Did the keyboard now 3 days in use and have since today several times connectivity issues. It starts with the fact that individual keys are no longer accepted until the total loss of Befehltsannahme. The mouse works perfectly, however. Shortly after is nothing more likely to re-connect the keyboard, because then the thing is running around again for the next 40 min. That can not be so, and therefore a star is subtracted.
### Conclusion ###
All in all I would recommend this highly Tastaturset if you can live with the tough keystroke. The perceived quality is with other products in this price range comparable and therefore for this price (20) in order.
### Compare Products ###
Due to the fact that I was unfortunately absolutely not satisfied with the product initially ordered by CSL I felt compelled to test several products in this price range (up to 25) in order to find an equivalent to my needs. Above all, I think I'm not the only user who can appreciate a good keystroke for low-lift keys.
