Previously I had LG and Bose products in use.
The LG NB4530A 2.1 soundbar comes with subwoofer and speakers, but has nevertheless hardly merits the Sonos Playbar because the LG Bar alone is not convincing simply, it lacks powerful centers, there come great heights but any bass from the front is missing. In addition, SONOS Playbar transgresses simply with their apps and the many other, optional components the system. Tweaks:
1) If the Playbar is connected via LAN, you do not need Sonos Bridge. Although 95% of customers do not understand because SONOS (deliberately?) Here poorly explained.

2) The included optical cable is OK, but you can with a well-shielded cable get more out, for example this one: HQ Optical Toslink connection cable 1.5 m. This eliminates the last noise away. For consoles a must.
3) vs. A significant upgrading. TV sound is only music playback possible, vocal-heavy things like crime scene, Tagesschau or even a football game (commentator) may sometimes seem a bit weird, since then helps the Clear Voice mode significantly (unfortunately not enable remote control)
4) The wall bracket makes a significant difference in the sound, because the Speaker then head to a show and no longer play at the ceiling. Unfortunately, unfortunately, there is a reason to give the product under certain circumstances only 1 star.
For this the following may be stated: If you use Spotify, can be heard through the Spotify API in the app SONOS music. This always worked more or less well and especially lacked only one function: The Spotify Radio (. So are Title, similar predetermined playlists or tracks and played back So who for example like David Guetta, Tiesto and Avicii will listen to get, etc.)
Over 2 years Sonos did not get it baked to offer this feature. Allegedly because Spotify this would not allow the app. Strangely, there was only developer who offered apps with this function as third in Google Play. So something was wrong here.

Now, unfortunately, a lot has become clear: Spotify and Sonos appear to go their separate ways in the future (!!!)
Spotify provides further support of SONOS in question (why are not told) and is attending its API and its functions to reconsider. That's just gross.
Background: Spotify is a separate standard for playback on a third party device establish named "Spotify Connect". This can be seen from the Spotify app quasi send music to any speakers. For this purpose these speakers must have a chip from Spotify.
Well, now guesses three times who left empty-handed in this licensing round or has not participated: SONOS.
That is not a Spotify Connect on Playbar and all current SONOS devices. It is a chipset required, so that's not a question of a software update. I can not rule out, of course, that future products will support the SONOS, but this is unlikely since Spotify Connect is an instrument with the Spotify would like to address the low-price market specifically.
