Machine a disaster - service very good

Have this machine now for about 2 months and about 250 cups. For some time, making either the mechanics of the brewing unit or its drive strong unhealthy noises. Furthermore, I have found that the brewing unit is leaking, ie water flows in the preparation of the brewing unit and down. After my complaint I was offered the replacement of the device even though the company had actually yet had no opportunity to check my complaints in the shortest possible time. A new machine was sent to me (OK .. was not flammneu but almost) immediately. The old machine decreased free shipping. By phone me then also very accommodating explanations were given to my other objections. They could not convince me 100% but due to the really good service I have adapted the stars my rating and certainly hope that the new machine works better.

Update after a little more than 1 year

In the meantime, the machine was again replaced. This was caused by a leak there was always water in the machine. Since today it's enough for me then but. After key operation of the apparatus is based and can not be switched.
My conclusion: Good price therefore one must certainly take swabs over other brands in purchase, great service, but what's the use if the product is absolutely reliable.
Now I have written to the customer service and asked to take back the machine.
