The shipment by Hermes went smoothly. However, the machine is absolutely not recommended. Already during the test cycle, the machine dragged extreme. She heard during the wash cycle to fling and there is an intolerable whistling. Accordingly, the machine comes back, what thanks return policy and always friendly customer service from Amazon is not a problem.
