My son got this magnetic board for Christmas and really happy about it. Unfortunately did not have the described here 12 magnets.
I complained so directly and via email I got the information that they wanted this replacement delivery as soon as possible. It could, however, take some time to complete.
To date we have not received anything since my son and unfortunately can not wait 4 weeks, I've already bought some. Let's see if something still comes.
