But what pleased me most: the album contains the obligatory classics such as "White Christmas" or "Silent Night" relatively large number of fresh Christmas songs that just make fun. Above all, of course, "Underneath the tree" which, although strong on Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" recalls, but a simple sweeps immediately. At the very latest after the second listening you can not get it out of your ear and grinning singing along over his face. I bet if the radio stations pay attention to it, we are so sonicated this year in endless loop ;-)
The pop "Winter Dreams", apparently written for a new boyfriend, a winter landscape conjures up a front of his eyes. And when "4 Carats" and Kelly imploring girl's voice in the catchy chorus it is the lords of creation probably sorely difficult for her to refuse the request for new rhinestones :-)
Also highly recommended: the languishing opener "Wrapped in red" - a beautiful power ballad in the Sixties sound, in which a woman for Christmas (finally) decided to confess her swarm, what she feels for him. And who could resist such a strong-voiced declaration of love already?
Again and again fun to me "Run Run Rudolph" - the rock classic is beautifully rough implemented by Kelly - teetering feet guaranteed.
I find on the album hardly a weak point - the only thing I think is a pity: in the face of great new songs, it is a pity that they did not dare, ONLY accept new Christmas songs. Because I'm sure it would be a new classic was born.
