Is it the windy little equipment the price category below 100, - accustomed as we experienced during the commissioning of C20EU a quantum leap!
The heavy -but amazingly compact device gebaute- convinced visually and through much of its material selection (very nice and hygienic mounted on glass, solid case, excellent blade knife).
In practice, then even more enthusiasm: Long in parchment in the refrigerator mounted so hard I could easily become bresaola and wonderful evenly cut so thin, as I know it from most delis and butchers.
Other, softer ham with larger discs can also be 1 a process. It draw no "threads" in the mechanics, as I know that from my previous devices.
Mounted, hard Tyrolean bacon can be easily cut together with the rind, without the quality of work decreases.
For hard cheeses (Parmesan bearing) can I significantly thinner than aufscheniden with my cheap machines without crumbled my slice into small pieces. If the cheese soft and greasy, certain limits are naturally also with this machine when cutting set ...
Bread is by contrast a very simple exercise: All forms and types of dough are processed 1a.
What I did not like so much:
- Why is the drip tray from vile plastic? That does not match the other top material.
- The same applies to the food holder and parts of the sled design, although the plastic quite a quality image.
- The cable is much too short - the heavy machine does not fit anywhere - because then you have perhaps not even an outlet in the immediate vicinity ...
- Very inaccurate and incomplete manual - luckily the device agrees to 95% itself and is very intuitive to use - this would be different, as would the overall grade fall into a bottomless pit!
- Mark the cutting width adjustment is very difficult to see - that would be to design customer-friendly.
Conclusion: Anyone who manufactures high such well working products, ought to avoid the aforementioned annoying drawbacks. Depending on personal weighting could therefore give the machine between bad and three clear 5 Stars. I'm really excited by the precision and performance of the device, I would not go below 4 stars ...
PS The biggest drawback I had forgotten: the slicing of various specialties now is so much fun that I eat more of it than it already ... so be careful!
