"The French divide" had to start explaining what happens to our society. "Peripheral France" drives the point. It is so clearly and simply explained that if pincerait by reading it. Basically, "fracture" explained how the sores had turned the proles major cities and "France Device" continues the tragedy by depicting us what these new "exiles" become (I should say, "we become" ), namely nothing. Private job (in the worst case), pushed to the outskirts of the small or medium sized provincial towns in campaigns that everyone does not care. This is the real thing and it's scary for the future.
