What a slap in the reading of this book! No one escapes, whether patients eager for magic medicine, doctors arrogant with respect to medical representatives (of course while accepting gifts and cans congress), university mandarins. The heaviest burden is, however, for the pharmaceutical industry thanks to the complicity of much of the medical profession insists commodify health. As the book is well written, with lots of humor and is full of anecdotes, we enjoy the reading. This book should be mandatory reading for all general practitioners in order to better understand the patient - physician relationship. I have put four instead of a five because I think the author defends his corporation still a lot.
