THE FIRST IMPRESSION

THE WORKOUT

Quick Start

This is the program, which is suitable for those who just do not feel like a lot of extras. Basically it says it questions and start walking. However, it has always been too boring in the long run, so I now huge joy that I have programs to choose from.

Programs

In Program mode, there are a total of 12 variants, each with a different exercise intensity. And so it goes up and down, without you have to change the resistance manually. HRC

Proper training requires the right pulse, because then works also burning fat. In this mode, you can 55%, select 75% and 90%, or else specify.
