Manufacturing / material defects ???

Although the thing looks good, for once let himself be attached to the windshield - the switch to another vehicle's past was the fix to the windshield. The closure strap on the suction cup is no longer locked. That with the vibration-free is probably a bit exaggerated ... the thing wobbles quite remarkable - not the phone in the mount system, but the mount due to the joint construction, which have too much play (both: both horizontally and vertically). Is a "toy" to try for once, but for everyday use - even when changing vehicles - not recommended.
The one star for appearance's the product and the fitting accuracy of the Holder for LUMIA's 620. No star's for handling the product. Should it concern a particular case ??? - The other customer reviews According already. UNFORTUNATELY !!! - Or am I too critical? ok for 15 Euros are to expect miracles, but a product that meets the promise of the manufacturer / distributor and properties more than is unique functional.
Perhaps the suction cup holds in the trash can - which I do not hope, however ...

by the company HandyNow a replacement copy was supplied free of charge without being asked, which I was quite surprised. Even more surprised I was, however, about the fact that this part certainly was not working. The efforts of the suppliers' HandyNow "exemplary !!! But certainly 5 star +
For the manufacturer, the suction cup mount ("mumbi") 1 star, but only because the Holder is the only thing that fits.
Too bad that the service from the dealer "HandyNow" is abused by some manufacturers so by declaring scrap as good product.

My recommendation: HandyNow shop - YES / mumbi Car Holder for Nokia Lumia 620 - NO

exemplary service of the company "HandyNow" - after I sent the defective also spare-copy back, filed a "HandyNow" the purchase price plus costs for postage and return.
For the first part of my assessment: the suction cup also did not last in the dustbin ... thank goodness! ;-)
