This work is a masterpiece, simply because the author was absolutely free in his work. It can thus do what he wants his character team, who are only a copy of the JLA. Except that Gru has lots of ideas and heroes are more human than most other narratives found, which is very important here. Each chapter (about 12) is full, the heroes face death and doubts that any human can have and these heroes have weaknesses, in short they are human. This saga is the equal of Watchmen, yet it is more heroic than Watchmen. In short this book is a masterpiece because of human characters more than ever in a comic and the story is well-crafted and full, we want to end.

For the story: the Supreme esquadron out of a crisis during which the team except Hyperion (copy of Superman) was manipulated by Overmind (we do not see this event, it is just related by the protagonists). During this operation the team lashed the planet and has plunged the world into chaos for dominance of usa. The Supreme esquadron therefore wants to put the plumbing company for that the team decides to take power and change the world for a year under the Utopia project. NightHawk (copy of Batman) opposes the project and left the team. Thus NightHawk will be prepared to drop the Supreme esquadron. Thus during the following 12 issues advancing team and project.

This volume thus includes 12 issues of Captain America saga over a number which is also part of the saga.Seul downside to this edition we are treated to small formats for the covers of the saga.

In short this volume deserves its 5 stars, human characters, a well-crafted story where the author is free (continuities and editorial constraints). A pure masterpiece.
