This is a USB cable that works no better or worse than another banal cable (except very low end that I recommend).
When unpacking, it is pretty class.
But one year on, one sees everywhere gadget cables with bright tips of all colors (here is blue). Once connected to a powered USB port, the two cable ends light up. This can enjoy 5 minutes, allow to check whether the USB socket for power but the blue light of it is too bright. It is a matter of taste: some like it, not me and even more so that the cable remains on both sides even when the device is unplugged (logical way).
For cons, I would like to address two points in the description from Amazon.

This is heresy: we are in the digital domain and therefore there is a flow, not a strip passing relation analog.
Ex. Sennheiser headphones - HD650 - open stereo headphones, analog, has a "Frequency Response: 10-39500 Hz" according to the description from Amazon
while this cable
"Supports a transmission rate (ie the rate) of 480-Mbps" again according to the description from Amazon.
Telling anything in the description undermines the credibility of what is said and the product.
2 / "The cable is also provided with gold plated taken resistant to corrosion and guarantees a pure signal."
In absolute terms and in extreme conditions, that would be correct. But look at the sockets of your computers, peripherals etc. How have you found gold plated? NO. Yet they are corroded? NO. They send the wrong signal? NO. The gold plating (anyway too late to enable real protection) is a marketing argument appeared there for years and which is based on nothing (at least digital) It's been the effect (even me laugh): it looks better, it reassures. But in reality, it does nothing.
In short, rather than buying a cable "noname" I prefer for that matter buy TWO BRAND cables, randomly Belkin PRO Series - USB cable. That way, if I have a problem with a cable, I'll have a spare.
In short, the only interest that some may find this cable is its light fittings.
