Since I (in Lord of the Rings I think) then the first card had discovered a fantasy novel, of course, should not be missing in my collection also these little works of art.
These cards to Martins world are now truly no small works of art, even though they are made visually appealing. In order to give potential fans / prospects a better idea about the product, I have above 6 photos of the slipcase and some maps added.
This gives 12 Poster-large maps in a double slipcase, the quiet of a little more stable board should have been. For this they are approved by the author himself and on one of the cards to date described journeys and trips the main protagonists were clearly documented.
The result is a map of the whole known world and a number of detailed maps. Very beautiful are the Cities of King's Landing and Braavos.
Something for real Westeros fans, in particular, readers of the English editions, because of course the Germanized name are not used and possibly also for role players.
A real Atlas would have been more practical, since the posters are so great that they were not all could attach to a wall. On the other hand I had to pretty well informed of the appearance and size of the work in advance me in advance already on the English pages (eg Wiki of Ice and Fire).
