Since hours I try your instructions to reach the ordinary functions of my purchased in autumn TomTom Start25 to follow. Nothing leads to success. I get so slow in panic, because I want to travel on ...... very early with the device.
The whole affair is more than annoying.
If it were possible, I would return the device and want to refund the purchase price. Not because it badly worked as it was still working. But because your instructions to update, reset, etc. So do not lead to success. This is the worst service I experience many years.

Today I wrote to the support to my starting 25:

No map found. Sometimes I want on the device select a card. It appears Europe. After tapping on it indicates that the map is not available.
Every time I want to update the SCH ..- Navi comes a new problem. This is a disgrace. Friday (tomorrow) I will travel with it. Now I'll have to buy another device in addition to me. My view is that you can not recommend such devices. Although it has worked well up to the abovementioned date. I feel now, but like a beached.
