Masterpiece No.2!

After the somewhat surprising success of the album "85555" in early 1982, pushed "Spliff" the end of the same year the album "Congratulations" afterwards. Commercially the 2nd album was not as successful as its predecessor, but also includes "Congratulations" today among the classics of German music. The title song "Congratulations", "day after day" and especially "The plate" right Pops are acting properly even today. One of the reasons why "Congratulations" was not as successful, may be approaching the NDW mainstream of that time. On their second album were "Spliff" not as rocking as still on "85555", but approached more the German pop of the 80 at. However, it was and is "Congratulations" an outstanding album that still fascinates and inspires.
