Customer Review

If there was probably someone who keeps Goethe's "Faust" for scrap? Or does your people who say they disgusts the Mona Lisa? There are works of art, which are all good. Sometimes you do not even also no longer worry - all say, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony is a masterpiece for all eternity, so it must be true, and you no longer have to worry.
With Queens "A Night At The Opera" the situation is similar. All music experts (and even those who hold only for those) have all expressed the opinion that this album of artistic claim is particularly high. Why? This is usually secretive!
Of course there are a number of reasons why this work deserves special mention.
As would be a six-minute song called "Bohemian Rhapsody", on which you alone could write a small book. The decision to publish this song as a single -eigentlich far too long and too complex to werden- to play a hit on the radio has been a very special courageous action. Moreover, even to make a promotional film for this song, a first video clip So, presented the then world of music probably completely upside down. If one then also possible that this song is developing a perhaps never reached atmosphere and it can be one of the biggest hits of all time, then that alone is an extraordinary achievement.
But "A Night At The Opera" has even more to offer. This CD is a group of very particular musical expertise, created a distinctive style to lay it not to be pinned down to a particular style presents itself. The band certainly benefited from the fact that it consisted of four great composers who all had different musical roots and preferences. The result is a range that could hardly be more varied and exciting. And this fact, the Queen constituted in general, is on this album to wear in particular. Each song is a perfect facility arranged small work of art, which exerts strong effect on the listener. Even the "weaker" pieces are so good, that probably would so want some tape, such to have on their album.
It everything is just right. Freddie Mercury's voice harmonizes with Brian May's guitar, as if they had come together at the world. And even in the studio of the great entertainer Mercury seems to have his and understood the songs of his band mates as a show stage on which he won his audience with his engaging style of its own.
Among the plethora of top songs are only representative "Death On Two Legs" and "The Prophet's Song" mentioned that leave a lasting impression.
Anyone who loves music, this album must have! And I really do not say often ... *****
