For the first order I was wondering why the inner box was already slightly damaged. In addition, the pitcher had two highly visible air bubbles in the glass, then I would not accept at a price of just 30. So Exchanges. Just received the replacement: Once the inner box had been damaged (torn) and back the glass had air bubbles. This looks difficult to deliberate trade rejects, but I let it come to another exchange.
