the following message I sent to the manufacturer:
... We have last night (04.16.14) for the first time our new inflated air mattress since our son has a friend visiting for one night. The mattress is in the nursery on a carpeted floor and a rug. On the night by 2 clock the air was completely escapes ... We then inflated again and with 4 people trying somewhere a air escape to places, unfortunately without success ... at 8 clock morning got up as the guys today, was the air almost completely escapes again :-( Somewhere the mattress should have a defect. I would ask us to exchange the mattress. The boys will unfortunately have to sleep on blankets on Easter :-(
in response I received (by the manufacturer on Amazon) the following message:
"The customer gave us no notice that the bed is broken. We need a ca. 20x20cm large cut out of bed emailed a photo to us, then we can pay back the money"
Hääää?! ??! What did I please explain with my message?!?!?
And what you want to please with an image section of 20x20 cm an air mattress?!?!
I have Amazon now called on to help to clarify, let's see how it comes to an end ...

after several back and forth, I now understood that I made the air mattress, a 20x20 cm
should cut large pieces with scissors, and then it should send a photo, this
I have now done, kopfschüttel ...
(I think therefore want to make sure that the mattress is no longer available)

Having the picture executed ends, we received a new mattress very quickly.
This we have inflated immediately and they kept their full air.
We have now used a few days ago already 3 times and so far everything is ok.
I increase the number of stars to 3 stars, for the price, the associated service
the manufacturer and the comfort. A negative Ausdünstungsgeruch (as already read several times)
we can not confirm. If the mattress in the near future again cause problems,
I will report it.
