I rate this mattress only therefore with 2 stars to warn other prospective buyers that you only select this level of hardness when they either like to sleep on a very hard mattress, or simply need this degree of hardness due to a correspondingly high own weight. For me and my wife (78 and 62 kg) of hardness was 3 the wrong choice. With regard to packaging, delivery and service could not be faulted. After I had informed the seller about the lack of sleep comfort due to the high hardness, I was offered a return even contrary to expectations, which I then perceived.
