Having emerged the trend to razors with cleaning stations a few years ago, I also had to have such a device. The choice fell on the ES-LT71 Panasonic. My previous machine was also for this manufacturer and then had already let me lose faith in Brown and Philips. The ES-LT71 is actually located only in the middle of Panasonic products, but shaved already so much better than anything I had ever in my hand. The more expensive Panasonic models some of which have a shaving head with five blades - definitely too much for me and my little face! Since the shaving head is almost as big as my cheek and an accurate shaving is no longer conceivable. So the choice fell on the ES-LT71 with 3-shaving head and cleaning station. To make it short: It provides a wonderful and fast shave without skin irritation (I'm foil shavers have always lived)! Technically put this Panasonic midrange model all Braun Shaver Series 7 loose in the bag. The Panasonic has a linear motor with 13,000 vibrations per minute, the principle concern always and regardless of the charge state of the battery very persistent (even if the lithium-ion battery is almost empty!). The Brown makes in the latest generation of a maximum of 10,000 vibrations, and then only with a full battery! The cleaning station is optically maybe not as fancy, but in contrast to the Series 5 from Braun also dry the razor! In addition, the Panasonic shaver are all not only waterproof, but can be used in combination with shaving foam or gel for "wet shave" also easily; a feature that applies only to a very few Braun shaver ("In the shower usable" does not mean here that is "too used with shaving cream", but only "water resistant"). A cleaning in the station is not always necessary, the shaver can be extremely easy to clean under the tap. This can be done with only one handle completely expose the Cutters - Braun they are housed in a shaving unit, which can not be further disassembled and must be cleaned therefore not good.
