One of the two side screws which ensure mobility of the upper grill plate, went after 9 Sandwich broken. As was pointed out in a few reviews on this weakness and myself watching it was clear that is definitely a weak point I was even extra cautious but it has brought nothing. Heat output but is ok .. Who takes in the price ne small home repairs in buying is not quite at the wrong address.
