Tip: Carefully detach the bottom cover and press with a screwdriver the plastic retaining clip, so you can pull out the entire interior including metal pin down..
-> What to see ??? A simple Phillips head screw secures the metal pin on the device - this seems to loosen during use.
-> Tighten the screw - and push back gently
Conclusion: has in us then for a few months to work -> but were probably the seals no longer quite in order for the release action -> So here particularly careful in repairing -> we then had electronic dropouts, ie the brush was spotty at ....
-> Would be nice if Philips is expected to rework here - but 3 years rich indeed for the warranty period ;-(

As you might expect, by now less than a year the same "problem" at the new replacement handpiece, .... - bolted> with the above method and in addition Loctite again. Let's see how long the head now holds. An imposition of Philips, the quality. Of course, the replacement handpiece individually available also have no 2-year warranty more ,,,,
