After I've done with the app Runtastic- getting into running, came relatively quickly on the request after measuring the heart rate. A chest strap came for me not in question, the expensive running watches with GPS functionality and cardio monitoring wrist were too expensive. And since I always run anyway with phone Go (music player) and therefore can do without an additional GPS Tracker, handed me the cardio functionality. And that makes the Smart Fit really good. In addition, you can take the micoach- App adidas create their own training plans and transferred to the clock, a step sensor is attending. The training analysis with the app in my opinion are great (data + diagrams). The coupling of the clock with the cell phone (iPhone 4S) is quite fast, the clock is ready for use after a short time and are in a training exercise plan by vibration, LED strips and audible feedback - all functions and displays can be customized. The requirements to the smartphone should be checked in advance on the product page!
For me the ideal training aid and with the micoach- app from Adidas perfect!
