Net difference: the seasoning is much easier to do and there was much less iron dust.

After seasoning, the same day: I must say that the pancakes stick unless a pan coated with Teflon (that means that it does not stick at all). It's quite amazing after years and years to believe that the Teflon coatings are revolutionary!

On an induction hob at maximum power, this super fast heating. This is normal for all is iron: unlike stoves that have multiple layers including one in the middle that is ferromagnetic, there is entire thickness. Thus saving energy and saving time (do not do everything carbonize ;-)

The homogeneity of the heat is very good (though not perfect when using induction on high: we can see the places where it most heated when one puts water). But in typical use, there is no complaints about heat distribution.

Anyway, I am not about to buy utensils to "precarious coatings" who are dying super fast. A good iron stove that has something to last a lifetime (and beyond ...), at that price, there is no picture!

A question remains: I wonder if we can put this pan in an oven pyrolysis fashion! Indeed, pure iron pans can be placed in oven pyrolysis mode to transfer all (it looks like new pan out of the oven). But Mineral B have a wax coating (I guess it does not matter at all if turns) but especially, the handle has a protective coating! For him I have concerns ...
