The album "The Ultimate" by the Bee Gees contains 2 CDs with titles that it has given on various albums of success group before or repeatedly. There are mainly excellent studio recordings, except "Spicks and Specks" on CD 1 and "Islands in the Stream", "Heartbreaker" and "Guilty" on CD 2 as live recordings, but which you have from the album "One Night Only" the Gibb Brothers knows. So why buy this album? First, I find the compilation of music very well done, and secondly, and this is the very interesting thing about this album, there is a bonus game, a DVD with a series of promotional clips and music videos. To seeing film footage that I would not recognize, from the early days of the group ("Spicks and Specks", "Massachusetts", "Tomorrow Tomorrow", "Lonely Days", about "Stayin 'Alive", "Night Fever" , "How deep is Your Love", just to name to the later titles "For Whom the Bells Tolls", "Alone", "You win again" and "One") some. A real asset to any Bee Gees collection. But the accompanying DVD justifies the moderate price and therefore I rate it "The Ultimate" with 5 stars.
