Enthusiastic opening the carton, seduced by its looks to the initiation, I was about to be conquered. I then wanted to try playing a DVD and there, disappointment! The drawer stubbornly refused to stay closed, defective. I had no choice but to reset it and then send it back. It was a repackaged product may be returned earlier for the same reasons. I pulled on another model that I have not yet received. Too bad; we could have done a good job together. I'm sure.
