Missing piece unpacking ... Excused by the incomplete description of the site!

Missing unpacking Long nozzle tip in the box that is unfortunately not notified in the site descriptive while there has combined accessory that is however not in the description of the site ...
We wrote to the manufacturer indicating that the dealer is required to ensure that you receive just the missing element ... since there is no different package than exist on the official website Dyson.
Amazon tells us we have the solution to send all for a replacement or make a refund ... a little complicated and heavy for just a tip (not available for individual purchase) and especially since we left Outre Sea with carton still sealed in our luggage ... not glop while we regularly orders and a tip could easily be sent to us even if we were to take at our expense shipping fees ....
