I love these very design locomotives that can carry passengers, making it modern and realistic train. The covers are easily removed but actually it's a good thing for children who manipulate rather sharply: instead of breaking, the hood pops and can recover. My son has removed countless times and they still stand despite a small "game". Very happy with this product.
