We have the Plantronics Savi now for some customers for testing and in use with a phone solution with software client in use. In daily operation, we now have always received from some customers and testers the same result: - The wearing comfort is not the first visual impression. Many of our customers complain about the a little too much pressure. Up to a quarter of an hour, the headset is comfortable, after that an emerging print a prolonged wearing the headset noticeable unfortunately designed unpleasant. - The controls are small and often react unexpectedly. In the busy office life volume adjustments, mute and call answer is quite a challenge. The rocker arm and the side button are designed for delicate fingers. Positive is the simple integration of Bluetooth devices! If a software client and a mobile radio device to be operated in parallel as in our case, then the software should be installed to manage absolutely. We have seen the situation with customers that would otherwise come to receive calls with the various devices connected to confusion.
Judgment so far: We often differ from other products. Overall, the functionality is very good. Unfortunately, the features open up only after installing the programs. The documentation is poor. The price / performance ratio is in our view not optimal, there are better solutions from other vendors with a higher wearing comfort!
