"Eat Me, Drink Me" comes in a fancy audio DVD Case, the booklet offers some pictures of the art person Marilyn Manson in oblique Artwork on. Unfortunately you can not read dark red text on a black background necessarily as good and the lyrics are also not found in order, but that does not detract from the music yes. The disc is for me not a big surprise, it is Manson and Manson it is indoors. The music lives mainly of the characteristic voice, of course, they would have for my taste too calm can rock a little more .However is "Eat Me, Drink Me" pretty guitar-heavy for a Manson-plate and less Industrial loading, as might be expected from many other but very electronically through the effects. So it is perhaps for some but a surprise and may this be so indeed be a bit disappointed, while others may therefore only find an access to the music of Mr. Manon. I like any event equal to the first song "If I Was Your Vampire" - which starts very slowly and quietly, and then the chorus is more rocky - totally good. The other songs are quite good, I had a little passed less sound effects here and there, I sometimes find it by on the border with Overloaded. I would also run on the last track, can do without the additional mix of the single "Heart-Shaped Glass", for the song you missed a disco sound you can really almost did not listen because of the annoying synths in the chorus. Where such disguised as bonus stopgap really be?
