For several years now the Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi of the new music scene is here to stay. With its neoclassical compositions he focuses on a minimum of instrumentation, his pieces carry so lyrical names like I Giorni, Divenire or Nefeli. And in the meantime, Einaudi has also made a name in the film industry. In addition to various Italian productions, the composer for international movies, as Giacomo Campottis Dr. Zhivago, which was released in 2002 with Keira Knightley in the title role or Jo Baier's The End Is My Beginning, composed the music. More recently, Clint Eastwood has become aware of it and has summarily licensed him for his J. Edgar Trailer. Einaudi's music is as unobtrusive as represented equally.
On the original soundtrack CD to Intouchables (original title: Intouchables) can be found almost only licensing of contemporary composers, nevertheless the Italians should now completely a breakthrough be managed into the film business.
This CD contains more of the beautiful songs and full length, is clean-but not top-recorded, mixed and in the appropriate mood simply a pleasure.
