Entitled "Just as I am" Brantley Gilbert will probably tell his fans that he really sees himself as a rock musician, at least, the album is mostly to be understood as such. In a CD review I read a comparison with Bon Jovi - that comes out really well! If you like the music of Bon Jovi, for example, is well-served, who looks for country rock, so like the album of The Band Perry "Pioneer", will perhaps be rather disappointed. Although I like rock country, but even I expected me bissl what else. In my view, down to earth rock but there was no great success!
