When I bought the book, I wanted something easy to read, a simple love story, but that's 'Me Before You' not.
The author has a pleasant, fluid writing style, which makes it possible to dive into the history and although I normally no books in the 'I-form' like it was perfectly here and has made the book round.
The mix of funny and sad is hit the right note and the main characters to learn with their good qualities, and their spleens from side to side better and better, so that they grow on you one.
The end is surprising and without giving too much away, you can not explain that, but it makes one to think much. Even if the book is on the shelf again.
Although it was not exactly what I hoped for, I give full 5 stars because it's a lot more than what I wanted and I would argue that for many years no longer a book so touched me and so brought food for thought how 'Me Before You'.
I can recommend to anyone, it only, but must also give the advice that you should have at least one box of tissues beside him, before you open up it.
