Music for Always Goodbye

There are not many musicians, from which you can order every album blindly. Most of them are very very famous and you have no longer recommended. But JJ Cale is one of the few who are not so well known and yet absolutely cult. Since (Jean-Jacques) Cale is publicityscheu, he himself never harvested the stardom, the others have achieved with cover versions of his songs.
In very large intervals JJ Cale brings out his CDs. There is it 12 to 14 short titles that are carefully arranged and performed brilliantly. One can this CD (like everyone else from him) three hundred play in succession and the music is still fresh. They must also, for the next album for release in 2012.
If I someone who does not know him, to describe his music, I always say: "JJ Cale sound like" Dire Straits "but it's the other way around, because they have the guitar sound of him - Cale was decades earlier because of." Dire Straits "heard nothing new, but JJ Cale creates continually and his music is soooo cool, perfect for next summer jam on the A2 in the car with no air conditioning."
The feat of musical timelessness I experience otherwise only at z. B. a Carlos Santana or Jamiroquai. For Santana it is up to the mastery mastery of the instrument, with Jamiroquai on jazzy arrangement that calls for intellectually. JJ Cale has both, but sounds totally different, earthy, and always has a good amount of Groove. Particularly special is its (talk) singing, which is deliberately withdrawn in the soundtrack. Therefore you can hear especially carefully and thinks - Oops, WHAAAT mumbles of there?!? Things to think about and sometimes with that claim. Since the claim is alleged, so subtly, he annoys not moralinsauer, as with many gitarrenschrummelnden protest singer / in. ;-)
